When you request specific services, we will provide you with a design form. It's important to complete this form within one to three business days. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your order. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, so please let us know if you need extra time. However, please note that services or projects that have been ignored for more than 30 days will be canceled.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and any other relevant details.
Revisions:
We offer a specified number of revisions, as agreed upon during the project initiation.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur additional charges.
It's important for clients to provide consolidated feedback during each revision stage to avoid unnecessary delays.

The estimated turnaround time will be communicated to clients at the beginning of each project.
